This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://www.cp3cloud.com/ (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site or through Salesforce® AppExchange™ (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site and Services (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns, to address bugs and crashes, and to plan future development).
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Stripe to process payments. The CP3 Scan mobile applications do not transmit user or customer data to CP3 Cloud, LLC. All communication is directly with the Lightning Platform™ and all communications and data are the property of you, the customer.
To the extent that the CP3 Scan application(s) process and transmit data on your behalf, you grant CP3 Cloud, LLC to transmit that data. No right of use or retention beyond what is necessary to fulfill the functions of the CP3 Scan application(s), as configured by you, is granted to CP3 Cloud, LLC.
The CP3Scan AppExchange™ application and mobile applications are tools that can be configured to perform a narrow range of functions in support of a wide range of use cases. You are solely responsible for maintaining a secure and appropriate configuration and for ensuring that your use of the application(s) meet your requirements for security and functionality.
It is possible to configure the CP3 Scan application(s) to Insert or Update data automatically, without verification or human review. Mechanisms have been provided to avoid potential security concerns. You are solely responsible for properly configuring and testing your installation of CP3 Scan.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
End-User License Agreement (EULA) of CP3 Scan
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CP3 Cloud, LLC
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of the CP3 Scan software ("Software") directly from CP3 Cloud, LLC, indirectly through the Salesforce® AppExchange™, or indirectly through a CP3 Cloud, LLC authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller"). For the purposes of this EULA, "Software" refers to the CP3Scan AppExchange™ app, and to any CP3 Scan mobile applications.
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the CP3 Scan software. It provides a license to use the CP3 Scan software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the CP3 Scan software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the CP3 Scan software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by CP3 Cloud, LLC herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any CP3 Cloud, LLC updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
CP3 Cloud, LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the CP3 Scan software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load the CP3 Scan software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the CP3 Scan software.
You are not permitted to:
CP3 Cloud, LLC shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of CP3 Cloud, LLC.
CP3 Cloud, LLC reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to CP3 Cloud, LLC.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia in The United States of America.
